Kombucha

A side project of mine. Creating wine inspired kombucha. Our first product is OUT NOW and available to order for local delivery to Lisbon or national delivery to Portugal.

White Label is crafted with ingredients and methods that produce a balanced, low-alcohol beverage perfect for enjoying at home or sharing with friends—or savouring solo. We begin with a delightful mixture of Oolong tea and Stone Pine bark, which undergoes a cold extraction process for 24 hours and is sweetened with pure cane sugar.

This sweet tisane is then fermented using a SCOBY for 7-10 days, allowing a subtle amount of residual sugar to remain. After bottling, we let it ferment a second time, which creates a naturally effervescent fizz in the kombucha. The result is a refreshing, light bubbly drink that offers a unique twist on traditional flavours—perfect for any occasion!

Made in Lisbon, Portugal, using a fine selection of teas and other botanicals to create a beautiful and balanced beverage.
