Trajadura grapes pressed Curtimenta in a traditional Portuguese Lagare. Left to macerate for 5 months on skins and then aged in barrel for 6 months.

Produced in the Minho region of Northern Portugal, by Ricardo Moreira at Quinta da Penhó.

A pale yellow coloured wine, with a delicate aroma of pear, quince and lime. Moderate acidity, 12.5% alcohol and a well rounded body. 

A talking point for any BBQ or dinner party.
