Crafted with a wine-inspired approach, White Label Kombucha is a perfectly balanced, low-alcohol (0.5%) beverage designed for enjoyment at home or with company. Our meticulously crafted blend of Oolong tea and Stone Pine bark undergoes a 24-hour cold extraction process and is sweetened with pure cane sugar. After fermentation with a SCOBY for 7-10 days, a small amount of residual sugar remains, giving it a subtle fizz. The final bottling and secondary fermentation process creates the perfect level of effervescence in our Kombucha.
